TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. Booth and Space Use

  • Respect the space assigned to you by the Market Manager.

  • Do not occupy or use any area other than your assigned spot for storage, signage, generators, or other materials.

  • Keep all displays, tables, and merchandise within your assigned area and ensure walkways remain clear for customers.

  • Any changes to booth location or setup must be approved by the Market Manager.

  • Vendors are not allowed to sell any products outside of their assigned spot unless specifically authorized by the Market Manager.

  • There will be no exclusivity for any vendor.


2. Vehicle and Parking Rules

  • No vehicles are allowed in the vendors’ area at any time.

  • Load and unload only in the designated Loading/Unloading Zone and within the scheduled times provided.

  • Be brief during loading/unloading to allow others to use the area efficiently.

  • After unloading, move your vehicle to the farthest parking spaces to leave closer spots available for customers.


3. Equipment and Utilities

  • No electric power or water will be provided by the market.

  • Vendors must bring their own generators (if permitted), lighting, and water as needed.

  • Generators must be quiet, safely positioned, and must not interfere with neighboring booths or customer areas.

    4. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal

    • Each vendor must clean their area before leaving to avoid cleaning fees.

    • All trash must be placed in sealed bags and disposed of in the designated waste containers.

    • Do not leave boxes, produce waste, or debris behind.

    • Grease, oils, or liquids must never be poured onto the ground or into drains.


    5. Schedule and Market Hours

    • Respect all setup, loading/unloading, and closing times established by the Market Manager.

    • Vendors must remain open and staffed during official market hours.

    • Early departures are discouraged and must be approved in advance.


    6. Conduct and Safety

    • Treat fellow vendors, customers, and market staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

    • Maintain a clean, attractive, and safe booth environment.

    • No loud music, disruptive behavior, or activities that interfere with others.

    • Smoking or vaping is not allowed within the vendor area.

    • Pets (if permitted) must be leashed and under control at all times.


      7. Products and Compliance

      • All products sold must be approved by the Market Manager and comply with local health and safety regulations.

      • Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, insurance or certifications .

      • The sale of prohibited or unapproved items may result in removal from the market.

      • Sodas, Water and Energy Drinks must not be sold by any vendors at this event.


      8. Management and Inquiries

      • Any inquiries, concerns, or requests must be addressed directly to the Market Manager.

      • Any changes to these guidelines, schedules, zoning, or any other operational matters are at the sole discretion of the Market Manager.

      • The Market Manager’s decisions are final and made for the benefit, safety, and organization of all participants.

      • Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in warnings, penalties, or removal from the market.

      • In the event of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the administrative fee shall be non-refundable.

      • Market Management can cancell any payed vendor and make a refund if considered.


      • Liability Waiver & Release

        By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that my participation as a vendor is voluntary and at my own risk. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Invertium LLC and Creekside Arts Center LLC, including their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, or causes of action of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation in the vendors market. I further agree that I will not bring any claim or legal action against Invertium LLC or Creekside Arts Center LLC for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or expense incurred before, during, or after the event


      • By registering, all participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines. Compliance is expected from everyone to maintain order and ensure the best experience for all involved.
